Have you ever wondered why most grocery stores put all the processed foods in the middle of the store? Have you noticed that all the really healthy foods are on the outside of the store? It’s like eating an Oreo cookie...it would be a pretty boring cookie if we didn’t have the white stuff in the middle to eat first. Yet, what would the white stuff be like without the outer core of the cookie?
GOOD NUTRITION…Fruits, vegetables, quality meats and proteins are the raw materials that genuinely promote health and life. If we choose foods primarily from the middle aisles (the white stuff) we loose extremely important vitamins and minerals essential for our life. If we do this year after year it is no wonder we begin to show up with less energy wondering why we are so sluggish. Have we been providing our bodies with low quality fuel? Do we really know what our bodies needs to function optimally?
