I offer a faith-based all in one coaching practice which brings health to home.  My clients are my heroes.  I work exclusively with individuals who are ready to get plugged in to their gifts and life purpose.  My clients desire to become proactive and intentional about their life choices on a daily basis.

Balancing Life services are designed to encourage and educate people to live a happier, healthier, more balanced life. According to scientific evidence, the six key ingredients to a healthy life are:

B: Good Nutrition
C: Stress Management
D: Psychological Balance
E: Health Check-Ups
F: Laughter and Celebration

     We encourage you to evaluate how you measure up by filling up your plate from the inside out with your level of satisfaction with your choices. If you are 100% satisfied with your lifestyle choices please choose the outer part of the plate to reflect it and so forth.
     Changing to genuinely support ourselves in these areas is a lifetime quest. Changing habits permanently involves accessing your heart, which some scientists believe houses our spirit. Creating choice, no matter how bad it looks or how helpless you feel, will help fortify your will to succeed.
     Many have asked me what I think is the greatest key to living life. Having a center, a life mission based on your

highest aspirations is the first step to health and happiness. Scrambling around trying to do the right thing or listening to every new way to improve oneself is often counterproductive.
     The power of prayer working from our hearts will provide the answers. People who have struggled with issues all their life can get answers.
